First Phase of Civita’s West Park Luxury Apartments Opens With Hotel-Style Amenities and Sustainable Features

The first phase of West Park, Sudberry Properties’ 612-unit apartment neighborhood at Civita is now open and visitors can get a taste of the ambiance that raises the bar on apartment living in San Diego.

Among the notable amenities opening in conjunction with the initial 86 apartments in the non-smoking community are a 22-seat theater with stadium seating and plush, oversize lounge chairs and loveseats, an intimate card/game room called The Vault, roof deck lounges with TVs, and indoor/outdoor club room with demonstration kitchen adjoining the beautifully landscaped pool/lounge area.

Upon completion, West Park will feature three saltwater pools with cabanas and TVs, an approximate 10,000-square-foot fitness club, a group exercise room with climbing wall, a fit lounge and juice bar, a game room, and a private park with a half-mile jogging trail and exercise stations.

In addition to the abundant recreation facilities, West Park will have conveniences like Wi-Fi throughout most common areas and pools, a high-tech, 18-seat conference room, a dog washing station and a bicycle workshop space.

Individual apartments range from 546 square feet to 1,355 square feet with a multi-level controlled-access garage. Monthly rents start at $1,600.
